About Us
Blue Water Systems Ltd. (BWS) is a Canadian Marine Construction company based out of Delta, British Columbia. For over 30 years BWS has been building high quality floating platforms and marine structures for clients along the west coast and around the world. We provide fabrication and installation of marinas, docks, ramps, bridges, piers, breakwaters, barges, and more. Our diverse production and installation capabilities allow us to completely integrate all aspects of a client’s chosen concept with a third party consulting engineer.
Marine Construction
We manufacture, fabricate, deliver, and install custom built marine infrastructure. Our steel and aluminum fabrication shops, industrial work yards, dry docks, pile driving crane barges, and towing capabilities allows BWS to supply a wide variety of marine products and services, as well as accommodate for specific project requirements. Whether it’s a custom decking material or a dock with an unconventional shape, Blue Water Systems is the One-Stop-Shop you can count on for your marine construction needs.

Marinas
Marina construction and installation has been an foundational part of our business since the very beginning.
Docks & breakwaters
We offer a variety of docks, floats and breakwaters for marinas, piers and residential docks. We make concrete, timber, steel and aluminum docks.
RAMPS, PIERS, WALKWAYS
We specialize in marine access structures made with aluminum truss frames. We build aluminum piers, walkways, ramps, gangways, and wheelchair accessible ramps up to 120'.
PILE DRIVING, DRILLING, DREDGING
Blue Water Systems has been operating a marine based pile driving operation for over 2 decades. We have extensive experience in both removal of old piles and driving new piles.
Bridges
Over the past 30 years we have built various bridges constructed of aluminum, steel and concrete. Each bridge is individually customized to fulfil project requirements.
BARGEs
Blue Water Systems builds barges and floating structures that are customized based on the client’s requirements. Factors including intended use, expected environmental conditions, physical dimensions, capacity, and necessary features will be incorporated into the barge’s scope to meet those requirements.
