Fabricator
As a Fabricator at Blue Water Systems, you’ll work in our in-house shops to cut, weld, and assemble custom steel and aluminum components for marine construction projects. Precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are essential.
Crane Operator
We’re looking for an experienced Crane Operator to safely manage lifts on marine construction sites. You’ll work closely with the crew to move heavy materials with accuracy and ensure smooth, efficient operations on the water and shoreline.
Marine construction Labourer
As a Marine Construction Labourer, you’ll assist with all aspects of on-site work — from preparing materials to supporting installations. This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a hardworking crew. Training and safety gear provided.
