What We Build

Boat Lifts

Protect your boat from wear and water damage. Our custom boat lifts keep your vessel raised when not in use reducing maintenance and extending its lifespan. We build lifts to match your boat’s size and weight, with manual or electric controls. These systems can be added to existing docks or built into a new one.

Boathouses

Keep your vessel secure and sheltered year round. Our boathouses are custom built for your water depth, exposure, and boat size. Choose from floating or pile supported designs with options like enclosed walls, hoists, lighting, and integrated walkways. You’ll get a functional structure that protects and looks good doing it.

Breakwaters

Calm rough waters and protect your dock. Breakwaters reduce wave energy and prevent erosion, giving you a safer, longer lasting dock area. We offer floating and fixed systems based on your site’s exposure. These barriers are built to handle changing tides and tough BC weather.

Water Access Gates

Control who uses your dock with a secure gate system. We install aluminum or steel dock gates that stand up to weather and daily use. Add a lock, keypad, or fob entry system for simple and secure access. These gates work for both private docks and busy marinas.

Built with the Right Materials

All of our marine structures are custom fabricated in house using materials that last:

  • Aluminum or galvanized steel frames
  • Concrete float bases for stability
  • Composite or pressure treated decking
  • HDPE sleeves for corrosion protection
  • Stainless steel fasteners and hardware
  • We build up to 120’ in length and handle the full process from design to delivery.

  • Site Review : We visit your site and check slope, tides, and shoreline needs.
  • Custom Design : You get a plan that fits your layout, vessel, and access goals.
  • Fabrication : Built in our Delta, BC facility with certified marine grade materials.
  • Installation : We handle all delivery, assembly, and anchoring on site.
  • We can also coordinate engineering drawings, permit support, and shoreline integration as needed.
